Terms of Service

1. What This Service Does

Banner Ad Maker is a web-based tool that converts image files (SVG, PNG, JPEG, etc.) into animated HTML5 banner ads suitable for Google Ads and other advertising platforms. The service includes auto-compression, validation, and export functionality.

2. Free Tier & Paid Subscription

You may use the tool for free with a limited number of exports. A paid subscription ($20/month) unlocks unlimited exports and additional features including project save/load. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time through your Stripe billing portal.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. If you experience a bug or outage on our end that prevents the tool from working, contact us and we'll issue a refund for that billing period.

4. Your Files & Data

All file processing happens in your browser. Your images, SVGs, and ad files are never uploaded to our servers. We do not store, access, or have visibility into the content you create with this tool. Project save/load uses your browser's local storage.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use this tool to create ads for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with the policies of the platforms where you upload them (Google Ads, DV360, etc.). We are not responsible for ads being rejected by third-party platforms.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue from ad campaigns, rejected ads, or file corruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect minimal information:

• Email address — provided when you subscribe, used for billing and account communication only.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

2. What We Don't Collect

• We do not collect or store your uploaded files (all processing is client-side)
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics
• We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to anyone
• We do not track your usage patterns or ad content

3. Local Storage

The app uses your browser's localStorage to save preferences, export counts, project data, and feedback ratings. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

4. Stripe

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy. When you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment details and email. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but not your card number.

5. Data Retention

If you cancel your subscription, we retain your email only as long as needed for billing records (typically required for tax purposes). You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

• Request deletion of your data
